Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: We know sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided, but if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment we reserve the right to charge a 50% treatment fee.

Arrival: We do ask for you to try and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time so you can unwind and relax and get the most out of your treatment time. If this is your first time at Essex Beauty Rooms we will ask you to complete a consultation form including your contact details depending on treatment.

Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers are available for treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months from date of issue. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost so please keep them in a safe place.
