IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

COVID-19 Guidelines 

• Please wear a face mask or covering when entering the salon. A mask will be provided at a small cost if you do not have one. 

• Our staff will be wearing masks and full protective visors where possible. 

• Please do not come into the salon if you are feeling unwell, or have shown any symptoms within the last 7 days.

• It is essential that you arrive on time and do not arrive late as numbers in the salon are restricted. 

• Please come alone and wait outside until your therapist will welcome you and provide you with hand sanitiser.

• We are keeping the salon doors open when possible to keep the salon well ventilated.

• If you bring a coat, please bring a carrier bag to keep your coat and any other personal items protected during your visit. 

• We will be constantly cleaning and disinfecting  the salon throughout the day and between every client. Hand sanitiser will be placed through out the salon.

• CASH or DEBIT CARD payments accepted.

PATCH TESTING​

If you are a new client or have not previously had tinting, LVL lashes or henna with us before, you MUST arrange to have a patch test with us prior to your booking. Please contact us to arrange this ASAP as your treatment cannot be carried out without one.​

LASHES

Please note, we DO NOT infill other peoples work. If you have lashes on and want to have lashes with us, you will need to book for a removal first, then book in for a full set.

SPMU

We DO NOT take on new clients with previous pigment done elsewhere until discussed with Sophie first. Before booking and paying your deposit, please send images of your brows and full face (makeup free) so Sophie can advise if you will need a removal first or can continue with a SPMU service.

Please note it will always be classed as a new service if this is your first time having cosmetic tattooing done with us.
